Direction of Use
- Mix 2 scoops (18g) with 250ml of water, juices etc or mix 1 scoop (9g) with oat milk or soya milk.
- Two scoops of Oat-Plus 360 a day. Take 1 scoop before breakfast and 1 scoop before lunch/dinner.
- If your cholesterol level is very high (> 6.0mmol/L), take 3 scoops (5.4g beta-glucan) a day. Take 1 scoop 30 minutes before every meal.
